I might be ordering a gift box in a hurry how quickly will it arrive to myself or the recipient I choose?

We totally understand that the best presents might be chosen last minute! we will send your gift box by Royal Mail first Class within 24hours of receiving your order. This should ensure your gift arrives within 48hours of ordering. If you need extra assurance and or speedier delivery please email us and we will arrange a signed for next day special delivery.

I’m liking your style foodigital but my choosen recipient lives outside of the UK…whats your plan on this?

We like spreading the love as far and wide as the planet allows, send an email prior to ordering and we will reply with the cost for non -UK shipments as it will vary from country to country.

My private images going onto your website hmmm I might be famous or shy or even famously shy how do I know they wont end up in the wrong hands?

We treat everyone's imagery on the basis of it being 'yours and private' all images go onto a remote server for 30 days and are then deleted. We promise your images are not stored or shared or sent to any third parties (other than the recipient you have been inspired to gift!)

Edible Inks???... I need some convincing so tell me more and while you're there talk me through the ingredients of your products.

Its definitely a fair question, edible ink is subject to EU regulation on food safety and ours are totally compliant with requirements. The question we get most is will it taste gross and the truth is the ink is tasteless it doesn't have any horridness.

Our ingredients for Chocolate and Marshmallow are printed on the gift boxes they are sent in but please email if you need more information. Please note that our Edible Inks contain the following: E422, E122, E433, E102 - Ingredients may cause an adverse reaction in Children.

Posting Terms:

We aim to produce and post within 24hrs of receipt of a customer order. Our standard post service is Royal Mail 48hrs, the upgrade option for £1.75 will to Royal Mail 24hr is offered. For customers wanting to enjoy next day delivery the requirement is option ‘next day guaranteed at £3.95 and the cut off for next day delivery is 2.30pm.

For Global post we use Royal Mail International Service, Europe 3-5working days / Inernational 7 working days - please note all delivery dates are ‘approximate’ but rest assured we work until all customer orders are dispatched daily!

Internet shopping is a good with me but I like to know my order has gone through and that you're doing your magic and im not overlooked?

We hear you, all orders will generate a confirmation email with a unique customer reference. You receive a second email confirming that the gift box has been posted.
